Our Client is a prestigious multinational automotive supplier company. As a global company is presented in 41 countries and has 23000 employees. Their Global Shared Service Center, located in Székesfehérvár, delivers IT and Financial Services to a number of Company sites.Our client is employing its own Project Services Department, which is focusing on both IT Infrastructure and Application projects and programs. Our department is constantly improving its project methodologies, to adapt to the rapidly changing IT landscape & requirements. We do our best to serve our internal clients in efficient and cost effective ways, considering not just strategic projects, but also business requests from around 150 locations around the globe.



We are currently recruiting for a senior colleague in the following position:



Team Lead, Information Security



Location: Székesfehérvár



Responsibilities:




  • Ensure delivery of the Information Security function, both internally and from outsourced providers by coordinating the work of the Information Security Engineering, Operations and Project Management

  • Set targets to his/her direct reports and measure performance against them

  • Direct the necessary controls and procedures to cost-effectively protect information systems assets

  • Take leadership role in cases when management involvement is necessary

  • Maintain documentations required for the stabile Security function

  • Take active part in security incident resolution flow through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone

  • Work with global support teams to resolve Information Security issues.

  • Make sure projects run by Project Services has enough resources and security related project are in proper progress.

  • Coordinate internal team projects



Requirements:




  • Min. 5 years work experience preferably in the field of Information Security, hands-on experience with vendor management processes

  • At least 3 years of people management experience

  • Work experience in a multinational IT environment preferably in Shared Services

  • Exposure to and understanding of a manufacturing environment is preferred

  • Degree in Information Technology

  • Advanced and hands-on knowledge of IT process management; ITIL

  • 2 years of project management experience, preferred Prince 2 or equivalent certification

  • Analytical thinking, result orientation and conflict management

  • Fluency in English – written and spoken
