Microsoft Dynamics Expert



Our Partner is a multinational IT company.



ERP System expert is working closely to Finance department of the Group and plays an important role in the system development and maintenance. As a part of the team, the candidate will play an important role during the system implementation iterations, will ensure quality of the product delivery, optimize ERP-related working processes inside of the system, work close with the Management of the Product and implementation Service Company. Please note that English and Hungarian written and oral fluency is mandatory.



Responsibilities:




  • Interface with service company project consultants to elicit constant software delivery based on internal business and functional requirements

  • Function as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization and data integrity

  • Reviewing functional specifications, designs documents of functional requirements and business scenarios produced by service provider

  • Support Project Manager in the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery

  • Participate and/ or lead quality management reviews including designs, prototypes and other stages of project to ensure requirements are fulfilled

  • Function as a coach for internal system users (Finance department and outsourced accounting service provider)



Competences:




  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 platform (for Finance and Operations)

  • AX or other similar systems may be be considered

  • Over two years of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 implementation experience

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC models and methodologies

  • Experience working in core financials business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Procurement

  • Experience working with and/or implementing complementary third party solutions to D365

  • D365/AX certifications preferred

  • Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments

  • Must have strong communication skills

  • Advanced oral and written English

  • Advanced oral and written Hungarian

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Prior consulting organization experience preferred
