Experienced Inside Sales Specialist

EMEA East Europe & Middle East region

In this role you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Customer development with potential expansion and maximal profitability

  • Efficient follow up on enquiries, orders and complaints to ensure keeping high customer service level

  • Recognizing and Developing new business areas including promotion of new products

  • Permanent knowledge of customer activities and proactive findings of customer needs

  • Check all customers with non-achieved goals in collaboration with the Inside Sales Manager to plan appropriate further steps.

  • Customer oriented sales behavior with a profit driven approach (findings, evaluation and communication to the customer)

  • Support the customer in material selection and technical questions if needed

  • Participating in the development of sales forecasting if needed, Action planning negotiation with all customers using the right resources and tools for calculations and payment terms

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification

  • Requested 3 years’ experience in Sales and/or Order management

  • Experience in East Europe Market or Middle East Market

  • Preferable: experience in handling of Export Business / MIDDLE EAST

  • Communication skills

  • Team player

  • Language skills: Very good English, Polish and/or Russian other East European languages are an advantage

  • Very good IT-Knowledge (MS Office, CRM, ERP, Outlook, Lotus Notes, SOPIC, MOVEX)

  • Very good understanding of the business process from the enquiry to receipt of payment

  • Travel < 10 %
