Job Description



Reporting to the Customer Service Manager this position will be responsible for supervising a team of 10+ people on the French market. Also there are some smaller markets to manage: Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.



Responsibilities




  • Managing, motivating, developing and coaching a group of Sales Support Representatives (+10 p)

  • Balancing workload in the most effective way

  • Providing personalised service and support to distributors and customers by taking ownership of each high level escalated call

  • Assessing the future challenges and escalate the development needs of the Communicating with other departments in the company to facilitate problem resolution and dissemination of information

  • Sharing knowledge and supporting other colleagues and customer service teams

  • Carry out extra given task by superiors 



Must Have Requirements




  • Fluent English both written and spoken, and fluent French (min. C1)

  • Leadership experience

  • Preferably college degree or relevant work experience

  • Ability to motivate team and deal with sensitive employee issues, also in high stress situations

  • Customer service experience, excellent knowledge of operational functions in the customer service

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

  • Super user in MS excel and preferably MS power point, experience with SAP required
