Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of customer service agents
  • Proactively develop the skills, competencies and knowledge of customer service team members
  • Carry out regular one to ones with all direct reports
  • Organize and conduct regular meetings and appraisals with direct reports
  • Develop and control processes and procedures to the Business standards
  • Proactively drive process improvement
  • Ensure timely resolution of requests within the customer relationship management system
  • Deliver service by managing workflow, ensuring adequate holiday, training and sickness cover
  • Provide first level escalation for any issues raised by the team
  • Develop, achieve and monitor KPIs aligned to the Service Level Agreements
  • Work closely with other leaders to ensure that overall operational objectives are met, ideas shared and lessons learnt
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English
  • University or College degree
  • At least 1-2 years of team leading experience
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Experience in SSC environment
