Tasks:




  • Opening significant & major changes in logging tools

  • Presenting significant & major changes at different Change Advisory Boards (CABs)

  • Change follow-up

  • Monitoring Functional Mailboxes and assigning or processing incoming e-mails

  • Act as the coordinator between the Resolution Teams and the Client Management

  • Cooperation with the Change Coordination, Technical support units and other stakeholders other

  • Taking active part in change planning, together with technical support teams

  • Taking the ownership of mid-term & long-term change projects

  • Provide continuous information to the customers and Service Delivery Management

  • Participation on the daily Task ROTA

  • Creating and distributing daily/weekly/ad-hoc reports

  • Preparing and hosting on site, or Webex trainings

  • Creating and maintaining Customer specific training and process documents

  • Making suggestions for process improvement



Requirements:




  • Bachelors degree (in Technology)

  • At least 1 year experience in Change/Problem/Incident Management

  • Change Management experience is a huge advantage

  • Advanced English and German communication skills

  • Good personal IT skills and knowledge

  • Knowledge in ITIL

  • Good communication and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work in team

  • Logical way of thinking

  • Certification of good conduct
